Due to the made-to-order nature of our product, we cannot accept cancellations less than two weeks from the order pickup date.

We are a small business, and this policy simply helps cover the fees that do not get reimbursed to our company if we issue a refund.

There are no refunds or cancellations on products in our “Bake to Order” online store
